How to Configure SAML 2.0 for The Training Arcade

Supported Features

The Okta/The Training Arcade SAML integration currently supports the following features:

• SP-initiated SSO

Configuration Steps

1. In Okta, select the Sign On tab for the Training Arcade SAML app, go to Sign on methods > SAML 2.0 > Metadata details, and then locate and copy your Metadata URL.

2. Sign in to The Training Arcade admin portal.

3. From the main menu, click Single Sign-On and then click Add SSO Provider on the next page.

   Note: If you don't see the Single Sign-On link in the menu, contact The Training Arcade Support team (support@thetrainingarcade.com) and request that they enable SSO for your account.

4. Enter the following in the Identity Provider Information form:

   • Provider Name: Okta (or another name that you prefer)

   • Metadata URL: Paste the Metadata URL (from Step 1)

   • Click Save

   • Copy the Connection ID that is displayed in the Service Provider Information section

5. In Okta, select the General tab, go to the App Settings section and click Edit. Fill in the following fields:

   • ConnectionID: Paste the Connection ID (from Step 4)

   • Click Save

6. Done!
